Policies of Return
The Salesman is responsible for the quality and/or efficiency of the products whose characteristics are detailed in their Virtual Catalogue. In case of dissatisfaction or breach in the supplied downtime the Buyer will have to send a mail message to the Salesman and perpagos@persystems.com with its number of order, description of the product, date of buy and amount, detailing the reason for the reclamations or request of return.
1. The article must have its original packing.
2. For electronic articles, the notification will be before 7 days a to start off of the date of delivery.
3.The article will be replaced as long as it is manufacture defect.
4.There are no changes neither returns in Cartridges and Toners nor in Software.
5. In Furniture the term is of 30 days.
6. Recommendation to use the service of PERPAGOS™ (To call to the 422-6322).
7. In office articles the term is of 15 days.
8. When the return is had fulfilled, PER SYSTEMS S.A. it will make the reimbursement of the money of the transaction towards the current account of the cardholder.
